Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

We currently ship to customers in the United States and Canada.

Shipping availability may vary depending on location and carrier serviceability.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery delays, additional shipping charges, or package loss may occur.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

While we work with trusted shipping carriers, Opiacity is not responsible for delays caused by:

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team. We will assist in communicating with the shipping carrier and investigating the issue.

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier and check with neighbors, building management, or household members.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and related fees may be charged by the destination country's customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.

For orders shipped within the United States and Canada, applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout where required.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement or before they enter the fulfillment process.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
