At Opiacity, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Include all original tags, accessories, and documentation (if applicable)
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration caused by the customer

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these eligibility requirements.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, accidents, or normal wear and tear

Return Method

Returns are accepted by mail only.

Before sending any item back, customers must first contact our support team to obtain return instructions.


How to Request a Return

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Ordering mistakes
  • Personal preference

If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Opiacity may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

No restocking fees will be charged for approved returns.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase within 3 business days of approval.

Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or required by applicable consumer protection laws.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure after delivery.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, size, or color, you may return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
